Parking Advisory Group
The RIT Parking Advisory Group (PAG) was reactivated in Fall 2006 to advise the Associate Director of Parking and Transportation Services (PATS) on matters related to parking on campus. This group’s purpose is to engage governance participation in the development of parking related initiatives that have foreseeable and significant impact on the RIT campus community. The 2008 - 2009 charge for the group is to refine the recommendations of the Comprehensive Parking and Transportation Strategy options to meet and support the RIT community’s future parking needs including the concept of structured parking, developing a pedestrian friendly campus, enhanced transit systems, bicycle amenities, travel demand management techniques and the financial models necessary to fund those strategies.
