Central Heating/Cooling Plant

Construction will continue through 2009 with completion planned for December 2009. At that point, the project will have removed 250 pieces of equipment and installed 150 pieces of new equipment. Natural gas consumption with the new system is estimated to be 40 to 45% less than current usage, and annual energy savings of approximately $1.2 million are anticipated.
