Golisano Institute for Sustainability

RIT plans to create a new home for the Golisano Institute for Sustainability. The project will be developed in two phases of approximately $25 million dollars each. The building is planned to achieve the highest levels of sustainable design and operation, LEED Platinum. Design-Build team selection is underway with design work is planned to begin in summer of 2009. The construction schedule will be determined during the initial design phase of work.
