Building Electrical & Utilities Maintenance

The Building Electrical staff is responsible for maintaining all interior and exterior building components.
These responsibilities include:
- interior and exterior lighting
- electrical
- fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, and fire hydrants

The Utilities Maintenance Department is responsible for the distribution of gas, water, and electric throughout the campus. The department is also responsible for the mapping, testing, repair, and new construction of these facilities. All work is done in coordination with the Town of Henrietta, Health Department, Fire Department and RG&E to ensure the campus is properly supplied with these resources. Additional responsibilities include manhole inspection and repair, utility mapping and stakeouts, and fire hydrant painting and testing.
