Special Events
Terry Walker
FMS supports the many events that occur on Campus each year. These events range in scope from Commencement Day activities to a small picnic.
Some of the services that we can provide are:
- ordering of tents, tables, chairs, stages, port-a-johns, etc
- set up of existing spaces and furniture
- clean up of indoor and outdoor events
- deliver charcoal grills, trash cans, barricades, sign stanchions, etc
- electrical needs
- provide support staff for events
To request any of the above services you can call the FMS Operations Center at 475-6771. Requests can also be submitted on-line at http://facilities.rit.edu. or sent via e-mail to fms@rit.edu.
